All Classes feature
Small group female focused strength training - no more then 6-8 people in each class.
All fitness levels welcome - every class can be modified personally to your fitness level or movement restriction. Except STRONGCAMP — must have basic exercise experience.
Indoor / Air conditioned location suitable for any time of year. Kilaben Bay Park is used when weather is favourable & lawns are mowed.
Kids welcome to come along and watch and/or participate with you. We do have membership options for young adults aged 13-17yrs and do require a guardian to attend with them at all sessions.

Imagine squeezing a medium to high-intensity, feel good session in just 40 mins plus increasing strength at the same time!
A strength focused workout where you will break a sweat and walk out feeling unstoppable by concentrating on low reps and heavier weights (relative to your fitness level) using dumbells, kettlebells, pump class barbells, resistance bands and slam balls!!
Class Structure - 40min Class runs with warm up, workout rundown then circuit style time-capped workout.
STRONGin50 ...
With the structure of a STRONGin40 class , as above, we add in an endorphin filled higher intensity in some parts aptly called Strength Conditioning .. getting that heart rate up like cardio but still keeping those weights relatively heavy. Its short sharp bursts of intensity that also building mental toughness… again, training in line with your current fitness level but i am known to push you to TRY new things to discover what you’re capable of!
We wrap up with a 3-minute stretch, leaving you feeling proud, supported, and buzzing with endorphins. High fives all around — you did it!

Want to step it up? Join a STRONGCAMP training block in 2026 (not suitable for beginners to exercise) and we create more goal-focused training in which you will also have prioritized access to train with Olympic Barbells plus heavier kettlebells, dumbells and slam balls in class!
