The 28-Day Midlife Muscle Kickstart is a bootcamp-style strength training program designed specifically for women over 30 who want to build strength, support bone density, and feel more capable and confident in their bodies as they move through midlife.

This program is perfect if you’ve been thinking about starting strength training but aren’t sure where to begin — or if you’ve previously felt that fitness programs weren’t suited to your body, your age, or your life stage.

It’s also ideal if you’ve trained before but feel like you’re not getting the benefits you should be, or you want a more structured, supportive approach that actually makes sense for midlife bodies.

You’ll be guided every step of the way, with clear coaching, practical cues, and personalised support to help you move safely and confidently.

We focus on the fundamentals of strength training, helping you build a solid foundation that supports muscle, bone health, balance, and everyday movement — now and into the future.

This program is inclusive and adaptable. All exercises can be modified to suit injuries, mobility restrictions, disabilities, or individual needs. No matter your starting point, you’ll be supported.

You’ll train within a welcoming, supportive community of like-minded women who understand midlife challenges, encourage each other, and celebrate progress in all its forms.

Sessions are bootcamp-style but approachable, with varied, engaging workouts that allow you to work at your own pace while building real, functional strength.
