What can you expect at a 50 min Self Care Fitness class? Well here’s a run down!

  • We encourage you to arrive around 5mins early, find a place for your water/towel/keys and relax with a chat to other members arriving.

  • We start a warm up of our joints with light movement and a chat about how our day/week was then move into a game to get our heart rate up, some laughter and switch on our brains and body!

  • A boxing program is then explained and we spend 5 mins each having a punch with a partner to some fun songs… if you haven’t done boxing before it can be so addictive once you do!

  • Functional strength & fitness is next! We run through the structure, movement and modifications for the 20min workout and get ready to start. Then off we go!

  • At the end, we give out high fives to everyone and relax with a 2-3 min stretch for wind down.
