All Classes feature
Small group training - no more then 10 people per class.
All fitness levels welcome - every class can be modified personally to your fitness level or movement restriction.
Indoor / Air conditioned location suitable for any time of year.
Kids welcome to come along and watch and/or participate with you. We do have membership options for young adults aged 13-17yrs and do require a guardian to attend with them at all sessions.

Imagine squeezing a high-intensity, feel good session in just 30 mins!
A strength focused workout where you will break a sweat and walk out feeling unstoppable by concentrating on low reps and heavier weights (relative to your fitness level) using dumbells, kettlebells, pump class barbells, resistance bands and slam balls!

Every session kicks off with a fun, low-pressure game to get you moving, smiling, and gently warming up your joints and muscles.
From there, we dive into 10 minutes of partner-based BoxFit — think 4 minutes on the pads and 4 minutes on the gloves — the ultimate stress reliever! No experience needed — all equipment supplied or bring your own gloves!
Then it’s time to power through a 20-minute cardio and strength circuit. Each class is fresh and varied, with a focus on functional fitness to help you move better and feel stronger in everyday life.
We wrap up with a 3-minute stretch, leaving you feeling proud, supported, and buzzing with endorphins. High fives all around — you did it!
A mixture of both classes compliment each other perfectly and I can't wait to see the results our will members achieve!
